Mission & Vision

GCDC is an international non-profit organization that aims to promote mutual understanding between countries around the world, their national cultures, education, music and art, their language and cultural life.

Since GCDC's inception, our vision has been to initiate and build a global community of exchange for culture, education, music and dance, while promoting research in arts education and practice networks.

To build an international community dedicated to the development of art education and practice by providing a global exchange platform for members. Our goal is to support members in sharing ideas and excellent projects, and to contribute to the culture and education of each country. Members share their educational methods and specific cases. Promote international cooperation and access to excellent journals in the fields of culture, education and practical reports. At the same time, seminars and delegation meetings were held in different countries. At these events, join in sharing their understanding and building a larger network. During the World and Regional Conferences, GCDC presented five special international awards to these outstanding arts educators. GCDC regularly receives policy advice on arts, culture and education at home and abroad. For example, art education provided by K-12 schools, colleges, universities, museums, and other sociocultural institutions.

As a non-governmental, not-for-profit organisation, GCDC has equal value and respect in all music and culture. GCDC is isolated from any personal political consciousness and provides vitality in many areas of music and life, and avoids prejudice and misunderstanding.
